Layer Academy is our initiative that paves the way for innovation and efficiency in our competencies and assets within the conglomerate. Layer Academy aims to nurture talent, promote expertise, and cultivate an innovative spirit within our group.

Layer Academy will serve as the hub for internal training within our conglomerate. We are proud to already offer a structured program for interns and apprentices, where we actively ensure professional skills and the replenishment of talent within the craftsman industry.

We assess the group's competency needs, and our vision is to offer courses and training to strengthen and develop our employees. We will also enhance our relationship with suppliers through supplier meetings where we share insights, promote collaboration, and exchange best practices.
